52 students from the TRIO Educational Talent Search program attended the Boise State University Science and Engineering Festival at Boise State University on February 2nd. Students spent the day learning about the many ways science affects our daily lives. Chemistry, space exploration, art, and robotics were some of the most talked about activities. Our TRIO scholars interacted with faculty, staff and students and toured campus in between workshops. Warm lunch at the Boise River Cafe provided more opportunities for getting to know TRIO friends from other schools. The TRIO family had a blast! Thank you College of Engineering for being an excellent host!
