The goal of the Idaho Leads Project is to build leadership capacity in Idaho’s K-12 public schools, based on the firm belief that strong leadership is the key to meaningful, sustainable education reform.
Boise State University houses the project, which is administered by the Center for School Improvement & Policy Studies (CSIPS). Idaho Leads is funded by the J.A. and Kathryn Albertson Foundation.
The project is co-directed by Dr. Lisa Kinnaman, Dr. William Parrett, and Dr. Kathleen Budge.
Project participants are reimbursed for their expenses, including travel and substitute teacher costs. They also receive incentives for participating and resources.
