From
the Regional Consultant
The Regional Consultants work to assist each
district to provide high quality programs for
students with disabilities. This is accomplished by
providing pertinent information and support to
superintendents, special education directors, and
district personnel. A variety of methods are used in
delivering this information.
The consultants provide:
-
Telephone consultation,
-
on-site technical assistance and
consultation,
-
internet consultation
-
a loaning resource library,
-
in-service trainings, and
-
collaboration with districts and other
agencies and programs in obtaining services
and staff development.
