The Regional Consultants work to assist each district to provide high quality programs for students with disabilities.  This is accomplished by providing pertinent information and support to superintendents, special education directors, and district personnel. A variety of methods are used in delivering this information. 

The consultants provide: 

• Telephone consultation,

• on-site technical assistance and consultation,

• Internet consultation

• a loaning resource library,

• in-service trainings, and

• collaboration with districts and other agencies and programs in obtaining services and staff development.

Spotlight on our Services: Our services and resources are made available through federal funds from the Idaho State Department of Education.  We work with the Idaho SDE and Boise State University to provide technical assistance, access to resources, and guidance for districts and district personnel in the State of Idaho.
