SERVICES
Each student in our program is provided with an individual program of educational
support services designed to meet his or her needs. Some of the services offered are:
- Academic Advising
- Assists students in planning a personalized class schedule each semester, along with an
overall educational plan for the completion of his or her academic program.

- Tutoring Services
- Improves the student's academic performance through individual tutoring as well as
referral to small group sessions offered through the program and others on campus.
- Counseling Services
- Individual counseling to assist students in overcoming personal and relationship
barriers that may impede academic progress.

- Academic Development
- Individualized assistance is provided to assist a student in developing effective
reading, writing, math, and study skills.

- Learning Disabilities Assistance
- Individualized assistance is provided to students identified as having a learning
disability or ADD, and individual plans of action are developed to address each students'
learning needs.

- Career Planning
- Helps a student select an appropriate major, assists the student in obtaining necessary
skills for finding employment, and assists the student in creating an effective resume.

- Financial Aid Information
- Ensures that a student is aware of financial aid options available and the procedures to
apply for such aid.
