What is supported by COE Tech Services?
Responsibilities of tech support for the College of Education
include the following:
- Desktop and laptop software and hardware support
- Peripheral support
- Lab support
- Student support in the labs
- Printing
- Professional web space requests
Responsibilities do not include:
- Home or personal computer support (including
personal laptops used at work)
- Fax machine and telephone support (contact
OIT)
- Rooms that are not supported: E101, E416, E520,
E524, E521, and all classrooms on the third floor.

frequently asked questions.
A work order should be completed for each request.
