What is supported by COE Tech Services?

Responsibilities of tech support for the College of Education include the following:

  • Desktop and laptop software and hardware support
  • Peripheral support
  • Lab support
  • Student support in the labs
  • Printing
  • Professional web space requests

Responsibilities do not include:

  • Home or personal computer support (including personal laptops used at work)
  • Fax machine and telephone support (contact OIT)
  • Rooms that are not supported: E101, E416, E520, E524, E521, and all classrooms on the third floor. (Contact Academic Technologies)

How do I request support from Tech Services?

Tech Services has compiled a resource site with tutorials that help answer your frequently asked questions.

A work order should be completed for each request.

Visit the Tech Services web site to place a work order, view a lab schedule, or for more information.
