expect on my office computer? All computers come
with the following basic software configurations:
- Microsoft Office Professional (currently 2003) which
includes Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Publisher, etc.
- Acrobat Reader
- QuickTime
- Macromedia Flash player
- Internet Explorer
- Groupwise email client

What additional software is

Available statistical software :
SPSS and SAS
Each faculty member can receive one copy of one of these
software titles for free. Additional copies cost around $79.00 each. To get SPSS or
SAS
installed on your computer call the Help Desk at: (426-4357).
They submit a ticket and you should get your software within a
week.
Boise State University also has a
license for
Survey
Pro software to design and post
web-based surveys. This software is currently not supported
by the university. However, Institutional Assessment has
compiled a helpful guide for using Survey Pro at the University:
