Rickie Miller, Ph.D
.

           Rickie Miller is an associate professor in the Department of Curriculum, Instruction, and Foundational Studies in the College of Education at Boise State University. She received her Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from New Mexico State University, with emphases in educational technology and statistics. Her research is in equity in the areas of mathematics and science, and her scholarly interests include: the integration of science and engineering into the classroom; the role of cultural and multicultural studies in teacher education; and the application of leadership in the context of the elementary classroom. She teaches Elementary Science Curriculum and Instruction and Engineering for Educator. She also is the Principle Investigator for the National Science Foundation (NSF) Noyce grant at Boise State.
